As a New Zealand age group representative duathlete, I was experiencing regular and ongoing muscular problems in both lower legs. Since attending Sarah’s one-on-one pilates sessions, my leg problems have completely disappeared. Sarah’s innovative ideas and caring communication have made what started out as a trying ordeal into a weekly pilates session that I now look forward to.- Chris Fletcher

Helen feels through biomechanical assessment you can get to the route cause of peoples problem, such as the involvement of the lumbo-pelvic region in lower limb injures .Experience has proven to her that Physiotherapy in conjunction with Clinical Pilates is an excellent and efficient way of getting people back to the sports they love.
Since working at Body Reform she has seen the amazing effects clinical Pilates has had on herself and her clients. She believes it allows people to take control of their bodies to gain enduring strength, well-being and resolution from their pain.
